This is a stand alone program that links to MSDOS Opera and Opera for Windows and provides for submission to the Government Gateway of payroll end-of-year documents. The program has been approved by the Inland Revenue for submission of :-

The program provides optimum flexibility by allowing data to be extracted from the Opera system by selection of the company and payroll group. The name, address and tax reference details are then entered. Further extractions can then be made against this record if consolidation is required. Extensive validation of the data, utilising the business rules for eSubnmissions as set out by the Inland Revenue, is carried out during the extraction process and any records that do not comply are listed in a report. To make the submission an internet connection must be established.
Where a complete submission is selected the P35 deduction totals are automatically calculated from the P14 records and the entry screen below is loaded for entry of the required check boxes.
The operator can choose to cancel at this point or proceed by selecting to create the P35 and continue with the submission.
