PAYROLL IN-YEAR FORMS
This program provides for automated submission of payroll in-year  forms to the Government Gateway for all versions of Pegasus Opera.

Form data can also be created utilising data maintenance functions where the payroll is produced on other systems.

It has been approved for submission of:

• P45 Part1
• P46
• P45 Part3
• P46 Expat

It offers a number of advantages over the Pegasus Online Filing Manager.

• Multi-Company extractions for all form types from one command button
• Muti-Company submissions from one command button
• An audit report is printed after successful transmission.
• A history of transmissions is maintained

The above form controls the extraction and submission process

On selection of the “Extract Data”  command button all companies are scanned for records not previously extracted.

The details for each record can be inspected by selection of the “Show All Details” command button

Each record for submission is then marked in the submit column

On selection of the “Send TO HMRC command button the transmission process is activated showing the interaction with the Government Gateway

Where submission is successful an audit report can be printed showing the details submitted
All submitted records are retained in a history file.

A specific employee record can be located by name and leaving/starting date or a range of records can be printed or displayed
